Decided to start a new blog after long procrastination of almost 2 yrs.

probably will do some quick updates.

1) had a crazy night out with the AC team ( susy,jiayi,jiayin,the twins,kat,dorcas,nick low,chriss and huitong). it was an alcohol fuelled party last nite. played Twisters while we were on alcohol high. and we played the usual starter game, 7-up. lol. And we concluded that, chriss cant count =p.

2) watched the nationals sch. congrats to all winners. see u at the start line this coming June. =)

3) Training coming to an end. 4th week of crazy training programme. I literally died during each training- losing to Weiling is indeed ego-deflating. ran a 20km more than the rest(punishment) and did 1oo more reps of weights. but it's all good. results showed during the time trial.

500m : 1.51min
200m : 40smin
considering the fact that we are not peaking now, this timings are good enough. met coach's expectation.i think this yr will be a fast year for us.And i can feel the podium finish dream in international races is drawing near.
